I downloded the Disney cartoon ”The Spirit of 43” that Klaus Harms
suggested.

Besides Donald there is an older duck that speaks with a Scottish accent. He
has sideburns, a walking stick, spectacles and a Scottish cap looking like
the cap Scrooge uses in ”Christmas on Bear Mountain”.

Scroogs first appearance in Bear Mountin was 1947. As ”The Spirit of 43”
obviously is a WWII-related cartoon it must have been made some years
earlier. The question is if this old duck is an early Scrooge or
