DCML Members Creators List - Bob Foster

We should add Bob Foster to the list of DCML Members who created Disney
Comics - not just as an editor, but as a writer and artist, as he has
written stories and 1 pagers, and sketched storyboards and magazine (comic
book) cover layouts.  He wrote (and sketched? - I believe) the Donald Duck
newspaper strip for a few years (in the late 1980s and early 1990s?).
