I think that HD&L live with US only in Ducktales series. In all the comic books I know of (quite a lot, I'd say) they live with Donald.

Well, in his first appearance Scrooge lives in an house (there isn't any money bin yet), and also in the very first Italian stories he lives in a great house.
Now I think he lives in his money bin, as much close as possible to his beloved money!
