A  villain named Sary,Sludge with his pal watch Super Goof turn to Goofy as 
well as him taking more Goober's (that did not work see story).

(MR. MYSTERY-MAN)
A mad Hypnotist also see's Super Goof turn to Goofy.

Also as said before Gilbert(or Super Gilly)knows whom Super Goof is as he 
lives with him.
