Well... in case you referred to me:
my actual full name is Harke Willem Fluks. I was named after my two
grandfathers. But because Harke had become quite unusual as a name, and has
associations with the word "hark" (a big fork used in gardening), my parents
decided to call me "Harry" in daily life.
(That suited in the post-war period when American names were popular: a lot
of my class mates were named Johnny or Mary.)
