Who says he has a Scottish accent? Note that the Ducktales Glomgold is a
*different* character, since that one comes from Scotland.

Or they mingled with other immigrants. Glomgold is not a Dutch name.

Van Dukke.

Note that in those days, Holland was "The Spanish Low Lands" (along with
present-day Belgium). So there's no reason to make a connection to Spain.
Spain just was the "owner" of Holland.
