Ducks in Spandex

I'm looking for duck stories with Superhero motifs. In addition, I seem to 
remember a Barks' story about Donald doing some fund raising. Can anyone 
help me identify it. I believe the one I'm thinking of is a Christmas story 
and that $crooge offered to match $50 if Donald could raise it.
