Disney artists appearing in their own stories

Now I remember even another Italian story in which at the first page there
are two of the artists, thinking about what to write... So they decide to
create a story in which Mickey is a crook, and Pete is the Police chieff
officier. At the end, poor Mickey gets in prison but he is traslated to
real-world when he mets his creators, which he blame for this weird story.

What's this story entitled, please?
