Hi all

Here's what's in this month's issue of Komix:

Issue #167, May 2002, 100 pages, €3,25, dedicated to
the 70 years of Goofy.

* The cover is a synthesis of Komix, based on the main
story of the issue.

* A two-page letters column about Groo & Rufferto, Don
Rosa's Lo$ and Barks' drawing style.

* A two-page column with "Komix News" about Don's trip
to Turin, new Spiderman movie, Stan Lee's novel and
other. Most important here is the announcement of the
new "Mickey Mystery" magazine. The previous one had
been cancelled in 1999, after many years of success.
The first issue will be published on July.

* Hector Adolfo de Urtiaga's "Goofy als Don
Quichotte", 44 pages. The story is from the series of
"Goofy Classics". Code unknown.

* A two-page article titled "70 years of Goofs",
subtitled "From Dippy Dog [is this the right
spelling?] of Cartoons to Goofy of Comics".

* An one-page article titled "A Valetudinarian [check
your dictionary for that word, it's very strange]
Hero", subtitled "From Thervantes' novel to Fallberg's
parody".

* Romano Scarpa's "L'Albero delle Popodimene", 24
pages, code: S 69038.

* Paul Murry's "The Successful Failure", 4 pages,
code: W DD 87-05.

* Carl Barks' "Dramatic Donald", 10 pages, code: W WDC
217-01.

On the next issue, Komix will publish the "Escape from
the Forbidden Valley" by Don Rosa, plus stories by
Marco Rota and Daan Jippes.
Best Wishes
