Inventive Gentlemen? Four Color #1150

Having recently purchase a copy of Dell Four Color #1150, I looked for it at
http://www.barksbase.de/. It shows that the data comes from INDUCKS, but it
lists a 10th story titled "The Inventive Gentleman."

This story is not in my copy of #1150 and the 9th story "Undercover Girl" is
printed on the back inside cover and with an ad on the back cover that leave
no room for a 10th story. I do not believe that I am missing any pages as
all the other stories are complete. Is there another version of this book
which includes this 10th story?
