With all of the negative hub-bub going about the DCML (which I must take a wee bit of blame for myself) I seem to have gotten very confused!  

So, before my inbox gets flooded with angry messages (like the time someone from DCML threatened to come and kick my American a**) I'd like to publically apologize for the confusion.
