It's "Ten-cent Valentine" (WDC 258). Another Barks story with a
similar motive is "Oddball Odyssey" (US 40).
In "The Thrifty Spendthrift" (US 47), Scrooge is flattered by a
lady. And no, I don't mean the dog. :-)
