Supernatural capacities (Magica De Spell sorceress/witch)

I just wrote:

I meant: 

"Still, and I think there's a running gag in there, Barks's Magica 
regularly  acts as if she *does* has have supernatural capacities by 
default, like a witch as often pictured in children's stories."

That's why I referred to the (motorized) flying broom, and her 
(battery-fueled) stunning hand.
