Don Rosa in Mythos Island?

Hi and quack,

I just took a photo of the panel, you can look att it here:

that I marked with a blue circle that portraits Xavi?

When I look at the panel again, doesn't the person in the yellow
circle look a litle like Unca Carl? He is also visible on the center
panel of that page.
