who's who in Norway?

okay, I'm confused, who lives in Stavanger?

As a small child, I often visited my grandparents at a tiny farming 
town in the State of Illinois  named Stavanger, and remember the older 
people speaking Norwiegian.

I'm also not sure which person keeps this internet conversation going 
-- is that Sigvald?  whoever, I'm really enjoying it, thanks for 
putting in the worktime for us.
