Hi everyone!
How I wish I had more time to join all these great discussions! Reading takes some time, but it's
very interesting.
And quite funny too--
Cord:
>>>> BTW: Could Bombi the zombi have sex? Would the children be half-undead?
Uh-- I don't know. I guess you can imagine such a zombie; it raises all sorts of questions about
the definition of death.
Mary:
>>>>"Oh the World Owes Me a Living..."
Rob beat me to it. I wonder, though, if you weren't already aware of it and were in fact asking
about such a song truly existing outside of (ie, prior to) the shorts.
>>>> How about a tune for "Mophead Molly is Off Her Trolley?"
This sounds sooo Walt Kellyish I wonder if it's not one of his crazy Carol lyrics-- "Deck the
Halls with Boston Charlie"; it works, too, try singing it. I'm pretty sure it is, but I'll check.
Hmmm-- The Pogo Page has "Nora's freezin' on the trolley" in the lyrics; either I'm mistaken, or
there's another version of the lyrics.
Nils:
>>>"A New Feeling" written by Kari Korhonen and drawn by Vicar (code D98051).
>>>Magica takes Daisy's place as Donald's girl friend, and the reader learns a lot about
>>>how Daisy and Donald spend their evenings together.
Reprinted in an issue of Super Picsou Géant last year. it was a nice idea.
Best wishes,
Olivier
