AW: "Donald Duck macht sein Glück"

In the German edition of "Donald Cherche fortune" the city of Donald's
birth is simply called "Stadt" (=city). Later he moves to "Hollywood,
USA". I don't think there has ever been an U.S. edition of this book. It
seems to be written in France. The German edition only mentions the
French edition as the copyright.
