As far as I know, yes - if they own it at all. (I'm not convinced Archie
could defend its trademark on the basis of a story in the back pages of a
digest some time in the last ten years, especially if they had to fight
Disney for it.) But if they do, and if Disney decides to respect their
ownership of it, they'd probably use a different name in the whole English
speaking world, just to be consistent.
