If you mean "Heymans does like Don Rosa art", then the answer is: no,
definitely not.

The Dutch editors had Mau Heymans draw some Ducks for page 1 of "On a Silver
Platter", to show Rosa what a "Dutch style" Duck looks like. It was one of
the first stories that Rosa drew for the Dutch.
