No it does not.  Without even knowing the story you're referring to, 
one can say that it doesn't indicate anything except that he is 
capable of drawing in a Rosa-like manner, if he has to.

You're very keen on making things 'indicate' other things, and tend to 
draw conclusions without really thinking things through.
