Rich, there also is a pig called "Spotty Pig".

In Mickey Mouse Magazine #40 (issued in Jan 1939) there's a story 
"Spotty the Greedy Little Piglet", which might be a reprint of the Sunday
pages.

Perhaps David Gerstein can check if all 4 occurrences is the same character.
