Empty mails

Today I've been getting lots of empty mails.  The headers of the latest 
mail are quoted below:

It appears that the empty mail is something from DCML (see e.g. the 
mention of the DCML mail address on the 16th line) and the archives 
(available at 
http://stp.ling.uu.se/pipermail/dcml/2005-January/date.html) show 7 
mails that I have yet to receive.  What is causing this problem & is 
there anything I can do to get my DCML mails in a more complete format?
