Learning to read with Duck comics

I completely agree with what L. Schulte, Don Markstein, and the others
have been saying. I also learned to read before 5 thanks to Duck comics
(Gladstone's original run). The first comic I read, I still remember, was
Gladstone's SHERIFF OF BULLET VALLEY album. My father, mother, and
grandmother started out reading them to me, and it wasn't long before I
was reading them on my own.
