In Inducks, put a comment on the level 1 header:

WDOT         h1 [series starts with issue 634]

You may also consider using the max field 
(http://bolderbast.inducks.org/xemax.html, esp. 'The field can start with a 
">", indicating that a series has at least the amount of issues.').

In Inducks, use [size:147x210 mm] on a header line.
