"new" Australian comics

...a year later, I'm finally tackling the indexing of them :-)

The Australian comics are reprints of the Gemstone series, with local ads 
inserted, and some very minimal local editorial changes.  Taking WDComics 
as an example, we started with issue 634.
  Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can best say that this 
Australian series starts with issue 634?  The comics are also being printed 
in "digest" size (147x210mm).  How would you reflect this fact in the 
index, or doesn't it really matter? Example below (ignore removal of spaces 
after page counts)
