Does anyone know in what way the two variants of Donald Duck X-mas giveaway 1944 differs ?

In the Overstreet price guide the Donald Duck X-mas giveaway from 1944 is noted to appear in two variants. It does however not say in what way these two variants differ from eachother. I'm hoping that someone on this list could be able to tell me what the difference is. I'm talking about the issue that has the same cover as WDC 51, which by the way also was published at X-mas 1944, but with changed colors. Most notably the background of the giveaway is yellow instead of green. My copy of this comic on the back cover there are the seven dwarfs around a blank X-mas tree. Is it the back cover that differs ?
