A cup of art

I know that there is *so* much merchandise around, but I got this one as
a present (just got 40), and I really enjoy it. Unlike much other
similar material it looks rather new, the artwork that is. It has some
unfinished non-inked look, but that might be fake.

I was thinking of Ferioli or Rodriguez but as with comic book covers,
it's always difficult to identify art style.

Anyone?
