Japanese "Mickey Mouse Comic"

Does anyone know how many issues Egmont made of their Japanese
publication "Mickey Mouse Comic" (and how they are numbered)?  I have
managed to obtain issues 6-10 and 12 from 1999, and 1-2 from 2000.
According to issue 6/1999, it's the second issue since the beginning, so
this suggests that the first issue would be issue 5/1999 (the issues are
numbered after the months they were published in, so the first issue
doesn't have to be numbered issue 1), and the fine print in issues 10
and 12 from 1999 tell that they are issues 6 and 8 since the beginning
respectively, so that would suggest that there is an issue 11/1999.
Were there any issues published after issue 2/2000, or am I only missing
two issues (namely 5/1999 and 11/1999)?
