"Once upon a time... in America"

Does anyone know this series of comic books?
I live in Brazil, and in the first half of the 90's, lots of histories were
published with historical facts, mainly of american history.

The one I read lately was something like "Mickey and the Boston Outlaws"
(don't know the original title), about a Fabric Company that was built
ilegaly in the US in early 18th century and was starting a monopoly in the
Boston area without importing and paying the taxes for England.

I just wanted to know if you know what I'm talking about and if you can give
me exact names of the series and titles in English, so I can find more info
myself.

Sorry for my bad english, and if i was somehow incomprehensible.
