Carl Barks Library Censorship

Can anyone give a definitive list of those Carl Barks Library 
stories censored compared to the originals. (Some censored
stories were mentioned in an earlier posting from Geier Hasnes.)
I have asked this of Geoffrey Blum at Gladstone but he declined.
It seems that this is a sensitive issue between Gladstone and 
Disney.

These are the stories that I know of:

  LICD 66 "Atom Bomb"
    Last panel; cash register redrawn to a pyramid of bottles
    
  LICD 14 "Darkest Africa"
    Natives redrawn
    Natives' dialogue changed
    References to cannibals removed from dialogue
    Panel 3 on page 15 removed, panel 4 extended
    
  LICD 10 "Voodoo Hoodoo"
    Natives and "Bop, Bop" redrawn
    Natives' dialogue changed
    Sharp teeth removed from all natives

  LICW 17 "Test at Frostbite Pass"
    "Bolivar" changed to "Bornworthy"
