You use Outlook Express to access newsgroups, just open it and select "read
news", it will pull in a complete list of news group the first time which might
take a while depending on your connection, once all the groups are in you need
to find the group "alt.binaries.pictures.comics" and subscribe to it. If the
binary newsgroups are not offered by your IP's news server you will have to join
an external one, I recommend "www.easynews.com", it's costs us$10 per month/6
