Hi all!

For the record:

The vegetable that my father served during
ACs first dinner during his visit here, is
called "Kålrabi" or "Kålrot" in Norwegian.
I believe it's caled "Kohlrabi" or "Swedes"
in English!

It's size is about the same as a normal
cabbage. Inside it is yellowish. It contains
a lot of vitamine C and is called "Nordens
appelsin" = "The orange of the north".

Sigvald :-)
