Availability of Gottfredson story

Just read The Mighty Whale Hunters story last night (by Gottfredson) and it leads into a story called The Plumber's Helper.  Has this story been reprinted in the US anytime?  I'm really interested in the continuing saga of Mickey losing his cash in a stock market crash.
