Tony Strobl and The Duckburg Times

Would anyone have access to the Tony Strobl interview by Klaus Strzyz that was published in the Duckburg Times (probably issue 16) ? I am looking for scans.

Thanks a million in advance for your help on this and thanks for the answers about the best Mickey script writer in activity (that might be the start of a small but interesting official Disney project that I will tell you about if it is confirmed).
