Upcoming TPBs

Two quick questions.  One, is it possible that one of the projects with several to numerous volumes could be a Barks and/or Rosa Library?  I think that we be a great idea to say the least!

Two, are any of the upcoming TPBs being planned going to have a large amount of new to America content, or are all or almost all of the upcoming trades going to be of reprinted material?
