DCML: Disney comics
The Disney Comics Mailing List (DCML) was a mailing list which for a long time held lots of discussions about Disney comics, among fans and pros. It was created by Per Starbäck on August 3, 1992, and in 2006 it was transferred to NAFS(k) – the National Donaldist Society of Sweden (quack) – who hosted it after that.
By then the list was already not at all as active as in its heyday. August 3, 2024, after the list had been almost dormant for years, the list was discontinued. The archive of the list is available. (The archive lacks some years because of what software was used to handle the list then – the data exists and hopefully that will be added to the archive at some point.)
There were also web pages associated with the list, written in the 1990s and early 2000s by Per, with contributions by list members. These follow below, left mostly as they were. There is no intention of them being kept up-to-date (which will be obvious to anyone looking at them!).
